Job Description
- Lead and deliver project modules or small projects
- Develop solutions in organizational transformation related topics
- Deal directly with clients, ensuring effective communication at all levels
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior executives
- Apply expertise in organization design and org transformation plan to solve client problems
- Contribute to business development and proposal preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of delivering consulting projects for external clients
- Expertise in organizational function areas
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and models
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent Chinese and English language abilities
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
